Everybody or at least most of us want to make money easily and for most of us betting sounds like the way to do this but it is hard to make the betting profitable. Profitable betting undoubtedly means the situation which your chance to win some money are higher than losing. Otherwise we can talk about gambling. We play even when the situation is unfavorable for us or we do not know if it is favorable to us or not. He was watching the battle in trance until noticing another Stone Age man standing next to him who said: “I am sure the tiger with bigger head wins the battle”. The first Stone Age man answered: “No way, I will eat only salad one month if that happens.” The second Stone Age man said: “You have a bet!”

That bet was less profitable to the second Stone Age man since he took the whole risk, no matter which tiger won. The first Stone Age man had chances to be a moral winner having the right opinion or to be on salad diet for one month. Profitable betting is usually not the main reason for people to bet. Of course all of us want to win and we have inside a mechanism that makes us compete. All of us love winning whatever the competition is. We can say it does not matter who wins and the most important thing is not winning but the fair game. When we compare men and women, there can be said to be a small difference. Men have more testosterone in their veins. We will say it does not matter who wins but when you throw a ball in the game it takes no long time until almost everybody have the taste of blood in their mouths. After the match, everybody will be friends again and winners have a bit wider smile though. But during the game, the feeling changes and we enjoy it. Anyway women are usually taking other things more important. You make up really well for the evening since you are going out. Not because you would look extremely beautiful but that you would look more beautiful than other women. You want to “win”.

The goal of profitable betting is of course to win some money but many times people act like the first Stone Age man who thinks no consequences and makes the bet because he feels the excitement.
